To
protect the health and safety of everyone at our venues and working with
Shay Brown Events and Shay Brown Events Management Group, we are instituting
the following guidelines.
We are
closely monitoring the evolving concern with coronavirus (COVID-19). The SBE
Staff is regularly reviewing World Health Organization (WHO) and
U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) updates
and is implementing prevention and control procedures to keep or clients and
employees safe.
These are
the steps we are taking currently at the venues we manage; also, the protocol we require from all venues we work with for future events for our clients. Our staff is diligently wiping down surfaces on a regular
basis, signs are posted throughout the venues and upon entering the venues
encouraging people to wash their hands, pre and post-meeting or tours.
We will
be updating as necessary, new information or precautions
surrounding the virus and public health recommendations.

What does this mean
for current Events and Tours?
We will
be rescheduling all tours and planning meetings at this time till April 1,
2020. We want to ensure the safety of our staff, vendors, and families traveling. For all events, we will proceed as normal. We will not cancel events; however, we will take the necessary precautions for safety and certain measures will be instituted for all clients and vendors. We here to address any questions, please note we are not canceling events just taking precautions over the next few weeks for the safety of all. Should you wish to reschedule your event, we will work with you to do so; however, this will be at your request. If you wish to cancel your event, the contract policy and terms will apply to all events; your event insurance will need to be activated by you for reimbursement should you decide to cancel.
We will follow the state and federal government policy.
We will
be reaching out to all clients individually for discussion.

As with
all respiratory illnesses, particularly during cold and flu season, you can
take steps to reduce your risk of illness:
